Sakatia Lodge is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

The Sakatia Lodge is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Sakatia Lodge and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Madagascar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 60 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Reservations and payments
Direct reservations are accepted through email at reservations@sakatia.co.za or via the booking form on this website.
Our prices are fixed for the whole season each year and are the same for any type of reservation, time of the year and length of stay.
Once your reservation is confirmed you will be issued an invoice, which can be paid via bank transfer in Euros or debit/credit card in Malagasy Ariary. For deadlines, please see our cancellation policy. Please note that our cancellation policy is strict and no refunds will be issued after the deadline for the full invoice to be paid.
Note for scuba divers: We welcome you to include your dives in the invoice and pre-pay them via bank transfer. However, please note that we do not pre-book night dives, fluo dives or nitrox refills. These can be purchased additionally once you arrive at the Lodge and included in your final bill. Pre-booked scuba diving packages are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
